Azimut Yachts
Flybridge and large composite yachts up to 38 m
Legendary runabouts, open and flybridge yachts up to 50 m.
Riva is the oldest name on this list: Pietro Riva was repairing fishing boats on Lake Iseo in 1842. It was Carlo Riva who, after the war, turned mahogany runabouts (Ariston, Aquarama) into the most desired object on the Riviera. The yard has belonged to the Ferretti Group since 2000.
Today Riva builds its small open boats (Aquariva, Rivamare, Dolceriva) in Sarnico, its open and flybridge yachts from 23 to 34 m in La Spezia and Ancona, and a steel Superyacht division has delivered 50 m yachts. The codes remain the same: mahogany, polished steel, blue and turquoise, a design that does not age.
Before you sign: you pay for the brand, and it resells. A new Riva costs noticeably more than an equivalent without the name, but holds its value like few others. Customisation is framed to protect the style. For an Aquariva, expect a waiting list.
