Every introduction is registered with the prospect's identity, the nature of the project and the timeline. Written confirmation within 5 business days. Lead validity: 12 months, extendable.
Once registered, the prospect is exclusively yours for the validity period. No discreet transfer to a third party. A 12-month cooling-off period applies after termination.
Net commission disclosed at signing. Your share is paid within 30 days of actual collection. No deduction that was not announced upfront.
Your commission is tiered by your level of involvement, not by transaction size: the more you support the introduction, the higher your share. Charter follows a separate schedule.
