When a high-net-worth client asks you for a recommendation to sell, buy or charter a yacht in the 12 to 40 metre range, you have three options: ignore the request, point them somewhere blindly, or entrust it to a broker you trust to protect both the client and your relationship with them.

This programme is the third option: formalised, registered, and remunerated.

Structure

Three commitments to you

The partnership rests on a written French-law agreement. Three commitments protect your client, your relationship, and your fee.

I

Prospect registration

Every introduction is registered with the prospect's identity, the nature of the project and the timeline. Written confirmation within 5 business days. Lead validity: 12 months, extendable.

Non-circumvention

Once registered, the prospect is exclusively yours for the validity period. No discreet transfer to a third party. A 12-month cooling-off period applies after termination.

III

Transparent settlement

Net commission disclosed at signing. Your share is paid within 30 days of actual collection. No deduction that was not announced upfront.

Remuneration

A fee that matches your involvement

Your commission is tiered by your level of involvement, not by transaction size: the more you support the introduction, the higher your share. Charter follows a separate schedule.
