Benetti

Displacement yachts from 29 to over 100 m, semi-custom and full custom.

Founded in Viareggio in 1873 by Lorenzo Benetti, the yard built cargo sailing vessels before becoming, in the 1960s, a reference for large motor yachts. Acquired by Azimut in 1985, Benetti kept its identity: displacement yachts, quiet, built for long periods aboard.

Two worlds coexist. In Viareggio, composite yachts from 29 to 44 m (Oasis, Motopanfilo, B.Yond, Diamond) are semi-custom, delivered on series hulls with bespoke interiors. In Livorno, steel and aluminium hulls run from 44 m to over 100 m in full custom, with celebrated deliveries beyond 100 m.

Before you sign: a Benetti is ordered with an interior designer and a surveyor from the contract stage. Lead times run from 18 months for a semi-custom to over three years for a custom build. The yard is financially solid, which matters when paying in instalments.
