6 à 20 m
The world's largest pleasure boat builder, sail and power from 6 to 20 m
Sailing and power catamarans from 12 to 25 m.
Fountaine Pajot was founded in 1976 near La Rochelle by Jean-François Fountaine and Yves Pajot, racers, and devoted itself to cruising catamarans from 1983. The listed group bought Dufour in 2018.
The range covers 12 to 25 m: in sail, from the Isla 40 to the Thira 80; in power, the MY 4.S to MY 6 and the Power 67. Designs are by Berret-Racoupeau, lines tauter than Lagoon's, bridgedecks a little lower.
Strengths: a sporty image, power catamarans well suited to the Riviera, and a solid listed group.
