Scout was founded in 1989 by Steve Potts in South Carolina and pushed the centre console towards luxury, with epoxy-infused hulls and models up to 53 feet with four or five outboards.
The range covers 5 to 17 m: LXF in luxury, XSF in sport, Dorado as dual console, and the 530 LXF at the top. Finishes and electronics are yacht grade.
