Oceanco was founded in 1987 and is based in Alblasserdam, near Rotterdam, in a hall able to accommodate 140 m hulls. The yard belongs to a private owner and has specialised in very large yachts, with deliveries such as Jubilee, Black Pearl or the 127 m sailing yacht Koru.
Production is entirely bespoke, in steel and aluminium, from 80 to 140 m, power and sail. Oceanco works with the major international studios and has invested in hybrid propulsion and electrical systems. The Simply Custom programme frames the process for owners on their first megayacht.
