A 12.70 m aluminium open, ready to go in Cannes, designed as a day boat or as a tender to a larger yacht.
The Alium 42 is built in aluminium on a deep-V planing hull designed by Valentin Design. This 2027 model year unit, in Two Tone Grey, is powered by two 440 hp Volvo Penta D6 engines on DPI drives: 41 knots top speed, 85 litres per hour at 26 knots, and a 340-mile range from her 1,200 litres of fuel.
She has been configured for two uses. As a day boat, with a 26 m² terrace that grows with the fold-down side wings, two bars with grill and ice maker, and a forward sunpad. As a tender or chase boat to a larger yacht, with lifting points built into the structure: she can be craned aboard without slings.
Below deck, a cabin with a convertible double berth, a galley corner and a bathroom. She is fully equipped: 16-inch Garmin GPS, bow thruster, telescopic anchor, 7.2 kWh lithium service batteries, bimini extension and full winter cover. She is on view in Cannes, with sea trials by appointment.
A fully equipped unit in Cannes, with no build time: €845,000 ex VAT instead of €981,070 ex VAT at 2026 prices.
She takes the knocks of tender duty, cannot suffer osmosis and can be repaired, where her rivals are built in composite.
