Boston Whaler was founded in 1958 by Richard Fisher with a foam-cored hull that does not sink, even sawn in half, as the brand demonstrated in public. The yard has belonged to the Brunswick group since 1996 and produces in Florida.

The range covers 4 to 13 m: Montauk, Dauntless, Outrage, Vantage, Conquest and Realm, as open, walkaround and cabin boats, all with Mercury outboards. The Outrage from 28 to 42 feet are the most sought after in the Mediterranean.
