Large aluminium sailing and motor yachts from 30 to 70 m.

Alloy Yachts was founded in 1985 in Auckland and became the great aluminium sailing yacht builder of the southern hemisphere, with deliveries such as Vertigo (67 m) and Kokomo. The yard built some forty superyachts before scaling down its activity in 2016.

Production covered 30 to 70 m, sail and power, in aluminium, with architects such as Dubois, and bespoke interiors. The used market for these yachts remains active.

Strengths: aluminium sailing yachts recognised worldwide, renowned New Zealand engineering, and well-maintained used yachts.
