Horizon was founded in 1987 in Kaohsiung by John Lu and became Asia's largest yacht builder, with more than 900 yachts delivered and four production sites. The yard masters large-scale composite infusion.
The range covers 17 to 50 m: the E flybridge, the FD fast displacement (FD75 to FD110) designed by Cor D. Rover, the PC power catamarans and the EP explorers. Interiors are customisable.
Strengths: large volumes for the length, build quality recognised in America and Australia, and a competitive price against European yards.
