Patroniçe is a classic 23-metre sailing yacht, built by Baymarine shipyard in Ayvalik (Turkey), a region historically recognised for its expertise in naval construction.

With its 5 cabins and capacity for 10 guests, it offers excellent habitability and a convivial, comfortable onboard living experience, particularly sought after in the Mediterranean. Its deck plan and spacious volumes make it suitable both for sailing enthusiasts and clients discovering navigation.

The yacht underwent a complete refit in 2008 including reinforcement of the hull with epoxy fibre, providing enhanced watertightness, better protection of the wooden structure and significantly simplified maintenance compared to a traditional wooden yacht.

Rigged as a ketch and equipped with a jib, mainsail and mizzen on furlers, Patroniçe offers balanced performance, combining stability, sailing comfort and good responsiveness under sail, thanks to the combination of a gulet hull and ketch rigging.

The interior layout is organised around 5 double cabins, comprising one owner's cabin and four guest cabins, all equipped with their own en-suite bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin), storage and air conditioning. The crew quarters are located aft, with independent access.

The saloon, approximately 38 m², constitutes a particularly pleasant central living space, with a discreetly integrated open kitchen, an indoor dining area and a convivial lounge. The wooden finishes create a warm and elegant atmosphere.

The outdoor spaces offer very impressive volumes:

• aft cockpit with U-shaped seating and extending table for 10 guests, shaded by an awning,
• vast forward area dedicated to sunbathing and relaxation,
• spardeck with outdoor helm station under bimini, ideal for enjoying navigation.

Patroniçe is presented today in very good overall condition, with regular upkeep, and is ready to navigate immediately.
