Contest Yachts was founded in 1959 in Medemblik by the Conijn family, which still runs it. The yard builds blue-water cruising sailing yachts known for their sturdiness, comfort at sea and finish, halfway between series and custom.
The range covers 13 to 26 m, from the Contest 42CS to the 85CS, in vacuum infusion, with designs by Judel/Vrolijk and interiors by Wetzels Brown. Each yacht is personalised in layout and equipment.
