Comitti has built runabouts on Lake Como since 1956, in the tradition of the mahogany boats that made the lake's reputation. The Comitti family moved to composite without giving up wood, chrome and 1960s lines.
The range covers 7 to 12 m: the Venezia and Portofino, runabouts with composite hulls and mahogany decks, and the more modern Isola. Boats are produced in small series, with recent inboard or outboard engines.
Strengths: the elegance of Lake Como runabouts, the wood and chrome of the 1960s, and a small, responsive yard with short lead times.
